With over 15+ years' experience in change management and improvement in the healthcare field, Christina is a Career and Leadership Coach who partners with her clients to become the best version of themselves. Christina is the founder of CGH Careers, LLC, a career, and leadership firm focusing on career transition, developing career paths, and improving leadership skills. As a coach and facilitator, Christina will partner with you to understand your strengths and values to maximize your potential. In her personal life, Christina is a wife, mom of 2 boys, and a healthcare leader. One of her favorite aspects of her work in the hospital is developing and mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders through the internship and administrative fellowship program. She has a successful track record in designing and implementing improvement programs and strategies that develop talent, increase employee engagement, and strengthen leadership effectiveness.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Dare to Lead trained, Taking Flight through DISC certified, and Cruical Conversations trained. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration focusing in Marketing and Human Resources and a master's degree in Healthcare Administration.
